Dr. Jasmine Ross in the Media: Amplifying the Power of Storytelling

Every story holds power. The way it is told—the framing, the voice, the nuances—determines whether it uplifts, informs, or reinforces the status quo. At the heart of my work as a psychologist and storytelling consultant is the belief that stories shape our mental landscapes, influence societal perceptions, and, ultimately, drive change.

Over the years, my insights on mental health, narrative psychology, and authentic storytelling have been featured across various media platforms. I’ve had the privilege of engaging in conversations that challenge dominant narratives, elevate marginalized voices, and explore the intersection of mental health and media representation.
